Rotten Tomatoes or Fresh Pomodoros?

Posted on July 15, 2022November 7, 2022 by Tomek Kaczanowski

So, I’m a master procrastinator. And from time to time, when I’m really tired of achieving nothing, I try to improve my productivity. Here are my latest findings related to pomodoro technique (check this wikipedia entry to leran more). …and BTW. shouldn’t you be rather working right now?

I’m not in the mood today to write long essays, so bullet points to the rescue:

  • I’m using https://pomofocus.io/ as a timer
  • I often set 15 min or even 5 min pomodoros (because my attention span is on goldfish level – BTW. it might be a myth, but reading about it would probably be a procrastination, so I don’t recommend doing this. Still, I give you this link.)
  • to focus on one task I usually open a new browser window with only the tab I’m working on and pomofocus tab
  • all in all, pomodoro technique helps me a lot to focus and be productive – try pomodoros yourself!
