Feedback is about learning what is good (and worth continuing) and what could be improved. It is also a form of art – both giving and receiving feedback requires certain attitude and skills.

In the software development world we have some specific ways of giving feedback (code reviews, anyone?) but, as all other humans, we often struggle with it. Here you will find my experiences related to giving feedback.
