Weekly Review – Lists of Tasks

Posted on August 18, 2022November 8, 2022 by Tomek Kaczanowski

While doing weekly reviews I realized I can’t easily say what tasks have I closed during the last week of work. Fortunately, it is pretty simple with Clickup. All you have to do is to create a filtered list of tasks with which have “status = closed” and “date closed = last 7 days”.

List of tasks finished during the last week.

Additionally, it also helps me to look at “In progress” tasks and “blocked” tasks. By looking at what I finished, what I’m struggling with, and what I’m blocked on, I get a pretty good understanding of what I achieved during the last week, and what I missed.

P.S. Hint: set all your recurring tasks to “create new task” so they will appear on list of closed tasks.

Clickup recurring tasks options.

And BTW. weekly reviews are similar to retrospectives, aren’t they?
